Doug is a fourth-generation pastor who answered the call to full-time ministry on June 18 (Father’s Day morning), 1995. Since that time, he and his wife Robbi have served the Lord in local church ministry, and also in partnership with domestic and overseas missions organizations. After having served as the Lead Pastor of New Life Fellowship in Lynden, WA (2016-2019), The Lord called Doug and Robbi back to their hometown of Cambridge, MD in the spring of 2020. It was subsequent to their return to the Eastern Shore that Doug received the call to become the Lead Pastor of The Gathering @ Woodland Community Church. From the very first moment at Woodland, it has been Doug’s primary desire that any and every ministry at The Gathering would be established on a foundation authentic and relentless worship.
